Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return & Refund Conditions

Customers have up to 30 days after receiving their order to request a return.

To Qualify for a Return

Products must:

  • Remain unused and unworn
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging
  • Be in the same condition they arrived in
  • Include proof of purchase

Refund Requests Will NOT Be Approved For

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Selecting the wrong colour
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Perishable, beauty, or hygiene-related goods

Approved Refund Cases

Refunds are only issued when:

  • An incorrect item was sent
  • The item arrives faulty or damaged
  • A mistake has occurred on our side

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We Cover Shipping When

  • The wrong item has been shipped
  • The incorrect size was sent
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Customers Are Responsible For Shipping When

  • A different size is needed due to ordering incorrectly
  • A different colour or style is requested

Note: All exchanges depend on product availability at the time the request is processed.

Other Information

Parcels Lost in Transit

If your parcel is officially declared lost by the shipping provider, we will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement once the claim has been confirmed.

Please note that compensation is provided in the form of a replacement item rather than a monetary refund for parcels lost during delivery.

Undelivered Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is sent back to us by the courier, an additional shipping fee may apply before the order can be dispatched again.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

EU 14-Day Cancellation Rights

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

Returned products must still meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.
