As each piece is crafted to order, delivery typically takes between 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows us to create your garment with the care and precision it deserves before it begins its journey to you.

Yes. We proudly ship throughout the United Kingdom, the United States, and selected international destinations. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be presented at checkout based on your location.

You will receive email updates throughout your order journey, including confirmation of your purchase and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work closely with the carrier to investigate the matter. Once the claim has been approved, a replacement will be arranged to ensure you receive your order.

Should you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As production may commence within 48 hours of purchase, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once crafting has begun.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included — together with proof of purchase.

We encourage all clients to carefully review our Size Guide before placing an order. Returns cannot be accepted solely due to an incorrect size selection made at checkout. However, if an incorrect size was sent by us, we will gladly arrange an exchange.

We will cover exchange costs where an incorrect item, incorrect size, or faulty product has been supplied. For exchanges requested due to a change of preference or an ordering error, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, processing times typically range from 3–7 business days.

Customers within the European Union are entitled to exercise their statutory right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of receipt, provided the returned items comply with our return requirements.
