Your piece takes 1-2 weeks from order to delivery. This includes both production and shipping. We aim to get your beautifully packaged piece to you as quickly as possible.

Yes, we ship to the UK, US, and selected international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. You'll see exact costs at checkout before confirming your order.

You'll receive email updates at each stage: order confirmation, production update (around 1 week), and shipping confirmation with tracking details. Keep an eye on your inbox!

If your package is officially declared lost by the shipping provider, we'll investigate and arrange a replacement once the claim is confirmed. Compensation is provided as a replacement item rather than a monetary refund.

If you need to change your order, contact us immediately at renomoscouture30@gmail.com. Since pieces are made to order and production can start within 48 hours, we may not always be able to accommodate changes.

You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, have original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase. See our full Returns Policy for details.

We don't accept returns for ordering the wrong size, as our Size Guide is comprehensive. However, we do offer exchanges if the wrong size was sent by us. Check our Returns Policy for more details.

Yes! We cover the cost of exchanges if we sent the wrong item, wrong size, or if there's a manufacturing defect. You're responsible for return shipping if you'd like a different size due to ordering incorrectly or a different style. See our Returns & Exchanges page.

Once your return is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3-7 business days).

For orders delivered in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. Items must still meet all return eligibility conditions.
