Step 1 — Reserve Your Piece
Browse the collection and choose the piece that speaks to you. Select your size, add to cart, and complete your order. Your reservation is confirmed the moment we receive payment.
What happens next: You'll receive an order confirmation email with your reservation details and estimated delivery timeline.
Step 2 — We Craft
Your piece enters production within 48 hours of your order. Each item is carefully crafted by our trusted artisans, with attention to every detail — from fabric selection to final finishing.
Production time: 1-2 weeks. We'll keep you updated via email if there are any changes to your timeline.
Step 3 — Delivered
Once your piece is complete, it's carefully packaged and shipped to you. Standard delivery takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location.
Total timeline: 1-2 weeks from order to delivery. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
